Will you become the winner of the 16th Eleven City Tour?
As soon as you enter the Elfstedenhal you will feel the chill on your cheeks hear the familiar sounds of a Dutch marching band. The atmosphere is brimming. You will put on your skates, all of a sudden it will become dark. The band stops playing and with a flash of light the president of the Tour of Tours is on the screen. He will then say some encouraging words and will have his starting pistol ready. It’s time, you hear a loud bang, the bang you have been dreaming of, the tour of tours has started!

On August the 4th, 5th and 6th you can skate the 16th Eleven City Tour in two hours in the Elfstedenhal in Leeuwarden. Are you the diehard skater or do you want to finish it with your family? Everybody can win the famous Eleven City pin; het Kruisje. For our youngest skaters we will organize a Mini-Eleven City Tour in the mornings.

With projections we will create a true Eleven City Tour experience. You need to get a stamp at every city and your family and friends will be there cheering you on. When you finally passed Dokkum the entire skating center will be filled with lights and you will see the Finish line coming closer and closer. You decide you can still do a sprint to the finish and throw your arms in the air, YOU DID IT!

Don’t have any skates? You can rent them at the Elfstedenhal.
